In my classes I like to take you on a journey to deeper layers of your consciousness, supported by a beautiful soundtrack, with your breathing as a compass. All levels are welcome. It's not about how flexible you are, but how you deal with the resistance you will encounter during yoga practice. All change starts with awareness. For example, what you encounter in yourself on the mat is often a reflection of how you move through life. I think it is very important in my classes to create a safe atmosphere in which you feel free and can open up to self-examination.
I have followed various courses in vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, mindfulness and meditation. In addition to my job as a yoga teacher, I also supervise young adults with intellectual disabilities at a textile workshop and an organic bakery. A very nice combination! Yoga and meditation are an anchor in my life. It teaches me to become aware of habits and thinking patterns and then let them go and surrender more to life. I experience that creativity starts to flow more and that I stand in life with more self-confidence.
I look forward to meeting and guiding you in my classes on this special path.
