My name is Hilt De Vos and I have worked professionally for 23 years as an actress, performer and dancer. During this time I continued to delve into Pilates and yoga because I discovered how important it is that your body and mind work together.
Pilates is an ideal method to become more aware of how your muscles work. You will strengthen your core so that you will experience more life force (energy) and a better posture.
Yoga as well as Pilates is a way to get more and more connection between mind and body. Yoga focuses more on flexibility and experiencing what silence does to you. Breathing plays the most important role in both.
After so many years of teaching, it continues to fascinate me that you can experience your body more and more deeply and what that does to your mind. It is a joy to be able to share this with you. Accessible to everyone What is important to me in teaching is fun and humor.
