Yoga has been a big part of my daily life for about 10 years now. I discovered yoga during my time at dance academy and it changed my whole view of movement. The unity I feel in my body, breath and head during yoga helps me to feel grounded and in balance. After years of yoga classes, I completed my 200hrs Yoga teacher training in Goa, India in 2017.
Yoga is one of the few ways to calm my busy mind and be in the “now”. Only now. For me, that's what my classes are about: with a creative flow I invite you to leave everything that usually occupies you and distract you at the door, and be in the now. Together, here and now.
