I came into contact with Pilates and Yoga through my career as a performer and teacher in Oriental dance and Indian Temple dance. My interest in Pilates and Yoga was initially sparked by both “nurturing” my dance in so many ways. And when I started teaching Pilates and Yoga, it turned out to be the other way around. And both had a positive influence on my daily life: the improvements in posture and coordination, the more efficient use of the body, the conscious use of the breath, better grounding, the flow of energy, working with the chakras and the smoother and make the body stronger. An interesting discovery process that I like to share with others in my classes.
