Ever since I was a child, I was involved in yoga because my mother is a yoga teacher and she incorporated this into my education in a subtle way.
But my own yoga journey started at a special moment during one of my travels, on a high mountain; the Mt. Kinabalu in Borneo. I was literally shaken awake at the top of the mountain by an earthquake and this experience has transformed me and made me realize that there is more. It has blossomed my interest in the spiritual side of life.
Following various yoga courses turned out to be the right path for me. After a 200hr Asthanga, a 200hr Vinyasa/Hatha and a 50hr Yin training I felt it was time to share yoga with others. For the past 5 years I have done that with great pleasure and love and I have given yoga classes in various places in the world, including Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Portugal and Morocco.
I think it is important to create a safe and warm atmosphere in my classes so that everyone feels free to be who they are and to get the best out of their practice.
