As a philosopher I know better than anyone what it is like to be stuck in thoughts. Because I personally experienced how healing and grounding the power of touch is, I decided a few years ago to change course and retrain as a shiatsu therapist. I have also done courses and further training in body dearmouring (gaia method), reiki, holistic pulsing and basic medical knowledge. My hunger for knowledge about the functioning of the human body is great, because I believe the key to contentment and happiness lies in the integration of the mind into the body. This is increasingly possible if the body knows how to relax. And touch plays a big part in that. People with burnout, depression and stress-related complaints such as neck and shoulder pain have come to the right place.
My touch is loving and present and completely in tune with the wishes of whoever is on my treatment table at that moment. I combine relaxation massage and shiatsu and, in accordance with the wishes of my client, with techniques from dearmouring, holistic pulsing and energetic healing.
In September 2021 I graduated as a holistic pelvic floor therapist (Integral Pelvic Therapy, or IPT). Women with sexual complaints or pain in the pelvic area are very welcome. If you are interested in an IPT treatment (120 minutes), we will first schedule an intake.
