Yin yoga and meditation has helped me to find more peace with ‘what is’ and connect with what you feel and truly need - instead of what you want. I experienced that whatever you are looking for, the answer is within you. In my classes I help you to observe yourself, really taking the time to feel your body, calm the mind and connect with yourself. Exploring what happens when you stop the doing, and start being. This can be very challenging, as this is not what we are used to in our very yang lifestyle. That’s why I believe it is even more important to bring more yin energy into our lives.
