Dancing before walking as my parents said, my life and first love was movement. After a classical ballet education I learned about life travelling the world letting dance lead the way, expanding and performing in many styles. Pilates was one of the fundamental guidelines bringing all styles back to the essence of movement and body balance. To me, a beautiful reflection of truth, body wisdom and mind-body connection. I teach a multi-level flow class in varying dynamics adhering to the pilates principles of breathing, inner-core and alignement to restore body’s natural balance.
