As a little girl my mum took me to ballet class. There began my love for movement and my fascination for the human body.
After my ballet training and dancing, I enjoyed teaching ballet for more than over 25 years in my ballet school The Dance Corner. When this career came to an end, Pilates became my new passion. First in therapy and later as a certificated Pilates Mat teacher. I am convinced that this method brings you the result of using your body in a most satisfactory way.


Central to my classes are efficiency, simplicity and effectiveness in how to perform the exercises. Within using conscious breathing it makes the training easier, lighter and joyful while you are strengthening your muscles in a flow. I aim to point you in the right direction to trust yourself in balancing your body and your mind.


Finishing at the end of the year the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive education and keeping myself up to date with workshops and extra education, international and national.
