Yoga for me is life. It's a practice, a mirror of me living my life in the big world. It offers me the opportunity to explore what's within: To feel what's happening in the body, observe the mind, senses, emotions, to be present and still and allow everything to be.
I love teaching Yin yoga! In our modern society, Yin yoga to me is almost a necessity, an antidote for the very Yang oriented way of living. It can be challenging to connect to the quiet place within, Yin makes this easier to obtain. It encourages practitioners to turn the attention inwards, to be curious, open to experience and explore what's within. I like to create a quiet, mindful and soothing atmosphere, allow people to relax completely and let go of any stress or tension. Breathe...
I took my teachers training (Yin/Meditation) at Stillnessinyoga (Anoshe and Nigam Overington) in 2015, have been educated by Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley and John Scott and take any opportunity to visit my yoga teacher Stefan Engström in Kadermo, Finland.
Being in the moment, this moment.... Oh, wow! Again and again, it is so inspiring! It's magic! Life is a magnificent place!
for life is the movement of Being.
Immerse yourself in stillness
and become consciously one with the flow.
Consious union is yoga.
